Prohibited use: political and electoral applications (PRD §4 / D7)
The Service may not be used, directly or indirectly, to test, optimise, simulate or research messages, audiences or outcomes relating to elections, referenda, political parties, candidates, political campaigns or political advertising within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/900. The Service enforces this restriction technically (automated screening); circumventing or attempting to circumvent the screening is a material breach entitling Talivio to immediate termination without refund.
Synthetic output disclosure (VoxSim Modül K disiplini mirası)
All outputs are synthetic simulations produced by statistical models and large language models. Outputs are NOT surveys, polls or research conducted with real respondents and must not be presented as such. Customer must retain the "SYNTHETIC SIMULATION" notice on any output shared with third parties. Where an output is flagged
uncalibrated(e.g. custom surveys), Customer must not remove or obscure that flag.
No individual profiling
The Service produces aggregate segment-level estimates only. It does not create, and may not be used to create, profiles of identified or identifiable natural persons.
Accuracy disclaimer
Simulation outputs are decision-support estimates. Where an accuracy score is displayed it reflects historical backtest performance only and is not a warranty of future accuracy. (Not: skor yayını Faz 1 A2 korpusuna bağlı — korpus yokken skor iddiası zaten yüzeyde yok.)
